Pediatric occupational therapists

We are looking for a creative, passionate, and dedicated Pediatric Occupational Therapist to join our practice. In this role, you won't just be executing interventions—you will be co-regulating, advocating, and designing play-based experiences that empower children to thrive on their own terms.

Who We Are Looking For:

Licensed and Certified: An active Occupational Therapist, Registered (OTR) certification from the NBCOT, and a valid state license to practice in Georgia
Affirming Practitioner: Intentionally unlearning compliance-based models; familiar with (or eager to learn about) sensory-motor based communication approaches
Relationship-First Mentality: You understand that safety and trust must precede any learning or skills building.
Creative & Flexible: You are open to using, creating, and innovating new play-based experiences to fit the needs of your clients
Preferred experience and Training: DIR/Floortime, open to learning about, or have experience with, Spelling to Communicate, Facilitated Communication, AAC, and/or other multi-modal approaches
